Ingredients
- 1 Butternut Squash, peeled and cubed
- 32 oz Chicken Broth
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves

- Pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a large pot, heat SunRight sunflower oil in a medium flame. Then add garlic and onion to the oil and cook for 5 minutes until it changes to golden brown color. Add vegetable broth and butternut squash to it. Bring to boil. Cover the mixture and then cook for 15-20 minutes on a low flame until the squash is softened.
