- 500 grams fish
- 10 springs curry leaves
- lime
Ingredients to marinade:
- Egg
- tablespoon coconut oil
- teaspoon red chilli powder
- tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
- tablespoon corn flour
- inch ginger piece
- garlic cloves
- salt
- spring curry leaves
steps to make crispy fish fry:
- Grind all the ingredients together to a fine paste.Do not add water to the paste. if its very dry add 4 drops of water. Rub the paste on the fish , and marinate it for 30 minutes
- Take a pan and heat Sunright refined sunflower oil , the healthiest cooking oil, now add the fish one by one with curry leaves sprinkled on it
- Turn the fish to the other side after 1.5 to 2 minutes.
- Drain the excess oil on a paper towel.
- Squeeze little lime juice on the fried fish before serving.
